The service

Site Clinic runs automated nightly checks against websites you authorize us to monitor. We report accessibility issues, broken links, performance regressions, and SEO drift. Our scanners are best-effort signal, not a legal compliance guarantee.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@siteclinic.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds except where required by law.

After cancellation, access to subscription-controlled services may be disabled, including dashboards, recurring scans, alerts, connected data, API keys, MCP tool access, scheduler-owned workflows, Blog Writer runs, and future proof or report generation.

Website ownership and revocable services

If Site Clinic helps create, rebuild, or launch a website, customer- owned domains, customer-owned repositories, exported files, and public pages already delivered to an account you control are not clawed back solely because a subscription is cancelled.

Site Clinic-hosted previews, managed environments, monitoring dashboards, API/MCP access, scheduler-owned automation, Blog Writer publishing, connected-data sync, alerts, and ongoing proof workflows remain revocable service features unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that every accessibility violation, broken link, or performance regression will be detected. Automated scans catch roughly 30 to 40 percent of WCAG 2.1 AA issues. Human review is required for full compliance. We also do not promise uninterrupted service, though we aim for high availability.

Your responsibilities

You may only ask us to monitor sites you own or have explicit permission to scan. You are responsible for acting on the findings we report, including making fixes in your CMS, theme, or platform vendor when applicable.

Liability

Site Clinic is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
