Pricing

Pricing that matches the real product.

Site Clinic is the recurring visibility platform: monitoring, prioritization, verification, and proof. The pricing below matches the live checkout flow, actual dashboard model, and the features we can support honestly today.

Every tier starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Before checkout

Start the trial when there is a URL to monitor.

  4. 4. Pro and Agency can add more sites and enable deeper connected data later.
Companion products

Site Clinic is one part of a broader product system.

ADA Audit Report

One-time evidence-first accessibility audit with screenshots, code context, and a prioritized fix plan.

Site Clinic API

Public developer layer for teams that want contract-ready website analysis inside their own software.

Site Clinic MCP

Public agent layer for capabilities that are already safe and structured enough to expose as named tools.

Pro onboarding

Search Console and GA4 are connected after the dashboard exists.

A technical customer with an existing site can buy Pro, enter the canonical URL, and get the baseline dashboard first. Private Google connectors are the next onboarding step: the site owner grants access or supplies the correct property details, then Site Clinic joins that data into the same dashboard.

Public checks start first

After checkout, Site Clinic attaches the submitted URL and starts public monitoring: uptime, redirects, metadata, accessibility, performance, security, sitemap, robots, and visible crawl signals.

Google access is owner-granted

A coding-capable owner connects or confirms the Search Console property and GA4 property by adding the Site Monitor service account during onboarding. Site Clinic should never guess private Google access or show zeroes as if missing access were real traffic data.

Dashboard shows connection state

Until connected, Search Console and GA4 sections should say pending credentials or not joined yet. Once connected, those sections power query, page, CTR, engagement, and conversion context.

Pro turns data into next actions

The $149 plan is not just raw charts. It uses public checks plus connected Google data, when granted, to choose the next measurable loop: fixes, pages, content, conversion work, or monitoring.

What stays vs. what turns off

The website can be portable. The operating system is the paid service.

A trial can prove the build, monitoring, and improvement loop. If a customer cancels, Site Clinic does not claw back customer-owned domains, repos, or public pages already delivered. What turns off is the revocable system around the site: monitoring, evidence, automations, API/MCP access, scheduler-owned workflows, Blog Writer, and ongoing proof.

The plans above sell the monitoring and visibility operating layer. API, MCP, scheduler, and Blog Writer capabilities remain gated and revocable, but they are separate products or add-ons unless they are explicitly enabled for the selected account.

Customer-owned and not revoked

  • Domain ownership and registrar account
  • Customer-owned GitHub repository or exported website files
  • Already-published public pages on the customer's site
  • Customer-owned Vercel, Google, Stripe, or analytics accounts
  • Downloaded reports, exported proof artifacts, and launch notes already delivered

Subscription-controlled

  • Site Monitor dashboard access and live evidence history
  • Recurring scans, alerts, issue tracking, and verification loops
  • Connected-data sections for Search Console, GA4, AI visibility, and integrations
  • Site Clinic API keys, MCP tool access, crawler/scheduler execution, and plan quotas when enabled on the account
  • Blog Writer scheduling, future queue processing, publish proofs, and managed content workflows when enabled on the account

Trial boundary

  • The trial can prove the workflow and may include setup or demo assistance
  • If the customer cancels, the static website can remain where the customer owns it
  • Future monitoring, automation, API/MCP access, Blog Writer runs, and dashboard updates stop unless the account converts
  • Site Clinic-hosted previews or managed environments can be disabled when the trial or subscription ends

Pricing works better when the exact workflow is clear.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What if I do not have a website yet?

Start with the website build foundation before checkout. Site Clinic monitoring needs a live URL, preview URL, or explicitly scoped demo target. Public setup docs and prompts are free; a finished custom website build is scoped separately from the monitoring trial unless it is explicitly included.

Do I need Google Analytics or Search Console before I sign up?

No. The first dashboard can start from public evidence alone. Pro and Agency include the path for connected-data setup, but Search Console and GA4 only turn on after the site owner grants Google access or provides the property details needed to connect them.

Is the developer API included in Site Clinic pricing?

No. Site Clinic monitoring plans cover the dashboard, scans, alerts, connected-data visibility, and proof workflow listed on this page. Developer API, MCP tools, scheduler execution, and Blog Writer operations are subscription-controlled surfaces, but they are separate products or add-ons unless your account explicitly includes them.

What happens after checkout?

We attach your first site automatically, open the dashboard, and start the same operating loop the pricing page promises. For Agency, you add the rest of the portfolio inside the account.

Do you offer annual contracts or forced setup fees?

No. Plans bill monthly, every tier starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel before the trial ends if the fit is not there.

If you help build my website during the trial, what happens if I cancel?

Customer-owned website files, domain ownership, and already-published public pages are not clawed back. The subscription controls the living Site Clinic system: dashboard access, scans, alerts, connected data, API/MCP access, scheduler-owned workflows, Blog Writer runs, and ongoing proof/reporting.
